Nicky became a Community Association Manager in 2010, and immediately hit the ground running.

She knew from the beginning of her career that she had a passion for Association Management, and has spent the past 13 years growing and evolving with the business.

She has managed single family, townhome, condominium, mid-rise condominiums, 55 and over, and Declaration Controlled communities. She obtained her CMCA by 2012, and then her AMS in 2013.

Nicky has completed all the prerequisite requirements to sit for her PCAM within the next year. She is a strong believer in continuing education and is always looking for innovative ways to best assist her communities.

Nicky has built her career on developing strong relationships with her boards and homeowners while managing a large portfolio of communities. She has forged long lasting relationships with her clients as well as her vendors. She has kept an active membership with CAI to assist with all aspects of her career and utilizes the education and networking opportunities to ensure she is providing best practices in working with her boards and associations, and in managing her vendors.
